Who to send it to: your district's website usually lists board members and the superintendent under "Board of Trustees" or "Board of Education," often with one email address for the whole board. "Open in my email app" adds Ethan as a copy (CC) so he can follow up. You can remove him if you'd like.

How to give it: most boards set aside time for public comment at every meeting. Check your district's agenda for how to sign up to speak and the time limit (often 3 minutes). This draft takes under two minutes to read.
